For landed homes, an awning over the car porch or driveway is one of the most common upgrades. It keeps cars and the front of the house drier and cooler, and makes moving between car and door easier in the rain.
We design awnings in proportion to the house, with a clean frame, suitable roof panels and properly planned drainage, and we advise on any approvals that may apply.

Things to consider
Depending on the size, position and design of the structure, planning permission and building plan or structural approval may be needed, and there may be setback or boundary considerations.
