Yes. Where your awning or enclosure needs consent or approval, we help identify the relevant requirements and assist with preparing and coordinating the submissions. The outcome of any application rests with the relevant authority or management body, so we cannot guarantee approval.

No, not every awning needs formal approval, but many do need some form of consent. Requirements depend on the property type, location, size and design of the structure, and may involve HDB, a condominium MCST, a landlord, or planning, building-control or fire-safety authorities. We review the requirements for your specific project before work proceeds.

Yes. For HDB maisonettes, we plan the awning around HDB’s guidelines for external works. For condominium balconies, we work within the development’s by-laws and MCST requirements, and check any authority guidelines that may apply.

Your property type, photos of the area from a few angles, the approximate size you want to cover, what you want to achieve, and your general location or postal code. Drawings are not needed at this stage.

We review your photos and details first. If the project looks suitable, we arrange a site visit to take measurements and check site conditions. We then propose a design and scope of works and provide a quotation.
